Requirements
Must:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- 8-10+ years of practical SAP Security experience in ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Strong expertise in GRC Access Control, including SoD analysis, mitigation, and remediation
- Experience with SAP IAG, IAS/IPS integrations
- Familiarity with SAP BTP security models and integration architectures
- Proficiency in designing SAP Fiori roles
- Knowledge of non-SAP IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Pathlock is a plus
- Understanding of ERP security compliance frameworks (SoX, GxP)
- Capability to develop comprehensive security architecture diagrams and integration designs
- Experience with API-based security provisioning for SAP and external SaaS platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement security solutions for complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Manage and govern security frameworks across multi-system environments
- Collaborate on enterprise-scale initiatives for major global organizations
- Design comprehensive end-to-end security architectures
- Integrate and configure SAP GRC Access Control and conduct SoD remediation
- Oversee SAP IAG, IAS, and IPS integrations
- Establish SAP BTP security models and guide integration efforts
- Develop SAP Fiori security designs to streamline user access
- Provide insights on API-based security measures between SAP and external applications
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
