Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with DevOps methodologies in Azure environments
- Proven hands-on expertise in developing and overseeing CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AAD/Entra ID)
- Knowledge of security, DLP, and compliance within Power Platform/Azure
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM
- Solid grasp of infrastructure, operations, and production support models (e.g., ITIL)
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and mapping them to technology and operations
- Experience in defining operational models, processes, and performance metrics
- Proactive approach with the ability to foresee business needs and operational challenges
- Background in leading or mentoring DevOps or platform engineering teams
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated sectors
- Familiarity with governance, risk, or compliance issues in cloud settings
Responsibilities
- Oversee DevOps activities within AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Define and document comprehensive operational procedures, including system support, monitoring, and evaluation
- Establish and monitor operational metrics and KPIs to assess performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Work in collaboration with both business and technical teams to comprehend business processes and convert them into operational and technical requirements
- Actively engage with business stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and prospects for enhancement
- Ensure alignment of infrastructure, deployment, and operational practices with business goals and compliance regulations
- Contribute to the long-term vision of our DevOps strategy, paving the way for broader leadership roles in people and platforms
