Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments (beyond mere scripts or notebooks)
- Proven background in creating AI agents and workflows powered by LLMs (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Proficiency in workflow automation utilizing platforms like n8n, UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools
- Experience in enterprise integration with REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous processing, and business systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, etc.) and understanding of related business workflows
- Knowledge of essential business processes including purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, order management, and finance
- Customer-facing skillset, capable of leading discussions, posing insightful questions, and communicating solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders
- Production readiness mindset, emphasizing logging, error handling, retries, data quality, performance enhancement, and reliability
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) to optimize real business workflows
- Implement multi-step agent workflows including planning, acting, and validation phases, as well as tool calling, memory management, and RAG pipelines
- Construct end-to-end automation solutions using platforms such as n8n, UiPath, Power Automate, among others
- Integrate AI and automation with ERP systems (like Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Shopify, etc.), eCommerce platforms, WMS, CRM, and other enterprise systems
- Create and execute human-in-the-loop workflows, including approval processes, exception handling, and fallback strategies
- Collaborate directly with customers to comprehend business processes and translate them into AI-driven strategies
- Take complete ownership of solutions from design through to build, deployment, and ongoing support
