Requirements
Must:
- Strong practical experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for journey orchestration and personalization
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud architecture and its data models
- Familiarity with Python for data processing, automation, or backend integrations
- Experience with React for front-end integration
- Knowledge of Java enterprise backend services and integrations
- Expertise in RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Understanding of real-time, streaming, and batch data ingestion techniques
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git
- Awareness of data privacy, consent management, and governance practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Capability to work independently and take the lead on technical projects
- Adobe Certifications in AEP, AJO, or Adobe Experience Cloud are a plus
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Launch is advantageous
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Construct and oversee customer journeys along with real-time personalization and decision-making logic
- Configure and integrate AEP components like schemas, datasets, identities, segments, and profiles
- Develop and sustain integrations between AEP/AJO and external systems leveraging REST APIs and event-driven architectures
- Ensure the integrity, governance, performance, and compliance of data within Adobe platforms
- Transform business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders
- Promote best practices through code reviews and mentorship of junior developers
- Identify and resolve production issues relating to Adobe platforms
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the roadmap for Adobe Experience solutions
- Operate within an Agile/Scrum development framework
