Project Analyst - Support Staff

- Manage and organize documentation, including review summaries, reports, and correspondence - Provide scheduling and coordination support for operations at all participating pilot sites - Organize meetings, training sessions, and conferences, preparing agendas and minutes as needed - Oversee the planning and scheduling of mobile dental clinic operations, ensuring effective collaboration among contracted staff and facilities - Maintain accurate training schedules and attendance records for staff - Supply bi-weekly updates and feedback to the implementation team to aid in program execution - Present evaluation findings at monthly meetings while fostering communication among stakeholders - Identify inefficiencies in the review process and contribute to process improvements - Document and communicate procedural changes to ensure all parties are informed - Assist in developing and implementing quality control measures and preparing reports on quality assurance outcomes - Attend all necessary training sessions provided by the VA, keeping knowledge of policies and guidelines current - Participate in refresher courses and complete any required certification programs within deadlines - Facilitate the technical kickoff meeting post-contract award, coordinating details with all relevant parties
