Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development
- Experience with C++ in application or systems development
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
- Experience working with Dataverse
- Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience with source control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- At least one (1) year of computer programming experience in a professional setting
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology solutions that support essential programs
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to understand business processes and assist in developing technical solutions
- Utilize a custom API to create tailored tools and services
- Troubleshoot issues, either by assisting staff or through direct assignment
- Write new programs of moderate to high complexity, adhering to standard methodologies and specifications
- Work independently on analysis and programming tasks related to complex activities or procedures
- Participate in inter-agency design and implementation activities, including data exchanges and criminal justice system integration projects
- Conduct thorough testing of developed code and application programs; plan and execute deployments
- Prepare and maintain application documentation, including user manuals, project documents, data dictionaries, code manuals, and change management logs
- Attend meetings and engage in project teams and committees of both business and technical nature
