Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in program coordination or administrative support in a relevant environment such as government, public health, or education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field (public administration, business administration, education, health, or human services)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting
- Self-motivated with a flexible and collaborative approach to work
- Quick to learn new systems, tools, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support in program planning, execution, and tracking
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, records, and databases with precision
- Assist in generating reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and program-related materials using diverse computer applications
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules
- Effectively communicate with team members, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate logistics and gather necessary information
- Conduct data entry, perform data analysis, and prepare summaries as required
- Support administrative functions including scheduling meetings, taking notes during meetings, and managing communication
- Adapt to various roles as necessary to uphold program continuity and success
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to resolving challenges
