Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in 3PL/Logistics
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Forwarding Systems
- Knowledge of EDI standards
- Experience in Digital Transformation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 data management tools
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in spoken, written, and reading Japanese
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing system integration projects, including EDI and API implementations
- Provide technical guidance and support for Quality Control initiatives
- Drive the Digital Transformation (DX) roadmap within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
- Identify and address system-related challenges to improve overall efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
