Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in IT project management, particularly with SAP ERP systems in Greenfield or Brownfield implementations. - Exceptional communication abilities to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences. - In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK, Agile (SAFe), and Waterfall; certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP are preferred. - Prior experience in SAP Module consulting and overseeing cross-functional teams in dynamic settings. - Expertise in vendor management, including negotiation skills and contract supervision. - Proficiency in SAP Modules like FICO, Sales & Distribution, and Materials Management is a plus. - Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail in requirements gathering and project planning. - Familiarity with data analysis techniques using SAS or similar tools; experience with Salesforce or Workday is advantageous. - Capability to manage competing priorities effectively under tight deadlines; demonstrated leadership in program management initiatives. - Experience in change management practices within large organizations; understanding of risk management strategies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

- Direct the entire SAP project lifecycle from requirements collection through deployment and ongoing support. - Create detailed project plans employing methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), Waterfall, and Kanban. - Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality to guarantee timely delivery within defined limits. - Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications for SAP modules and integrations. - Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management. - Guide change management processes to facilitate the seamless adoption of new systems and procedures organization-wide. - Lead project teams, comprising internal staff and external consultants; provide mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight. - Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for effective planning and collaboration. - Conduct data analysis and collection to inform decision-making; prepare presentations for stakeholders across all levels. - Actively monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure adherence to quality standards such as SAS and other management practices. - Propel product development initiatives related to ERP system improvements; oversee project implementation phases to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Description


We are looking for an accomplished SAP Project Manager to spearhead intricate enterprise-wide projects involving SAP ERP systems and related technologies. This position allows us to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP solutions. This is a full-time role with an annual salary of $110,000.00-$130,000.00, offering benefits such as dental care and extended health care. Our work environment is hybrid remote, based in Cambridge, ON, where we value strategic initiatives and teamwork to achieve success in SAP product development and implementation.
