Must:

- I prefer individuals who are pursuing (or possess) certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 and are eager to enhance their qualifications.
- Clear and professional communication skills with clients and team members are necessary.
- You should be capable of managing multiple support tickets, remaining organized, and adhering to deadlines.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to respond to and resolve technical support incidents from clients and monitoring tools.
- You will escalate issues when necessary and assist in mentoring Tier 1 staff.
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting will include SMB routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall).
- You will work within Microsoft environments, managing systems like Exchange, Domain Controllers, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Network configurations including VLANs, NAT, DMZ, and Port Forwarding will be part of your duties.
- You will also work with cloud and security services such as email, backup, and voice solutions.
- Participation in client IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations, will be required.
- Maintaining documentation and following internal processes for service delivery will be crucial.
- I encourage you to collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure seamless client operations.
