Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for field technicians, providing immediate technical support and troubleshooting aid
- Oversee technician check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve communication problems with equipment and supply technicians with necessary codes
- Monitor chats, calls, and emails, delivering prompt assistance and communicating updates to project managers efficiently
- Ensure client trust by maintaining confidentiality of all information
- Assist technician teams by guaranteeing availability of resources and guidance
- Prepare precise job reminders and activity notes
- Help to maintain and refresh installation manuals, ensuring technicians have access to up-to-date resources and guidelines
- Provide project managers with updates and insights on daily challenges, progress, and schedule adjustments
- Keep records of calls, emails, and chats to support workload analysis and planning efforts
