Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in developing and managing WordPress sites in live environments
- Hands-on expertise with WooCommerce
- Proficient in using Elementor and/or Bricks Builder
- Ability to analyze and enhance existing systems without disruption
- Strong sense of ownership over tasks and projects
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and hooks
- Capable of effective debugging to identify root issues
- Ability to balance multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical clients
- Willing to leverage AI tools for improved efficiency and productivity
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and addressing issues on WordPress and WooCommerce platforms
- Developing, managing, and enhancing websites utilizing Elementor and Bricks
- Custom coding to extend site functionality when necessary
- Enhancing performance, accessibility, and reliability of current systems
- Managing support inquiries that require both technical acumen and sound judgment
- Engaging with clients professionally and clearly when necessary
- Contributing to the optimization of our internal site management processes
- Addressing routine tasks while excelling in non-routine challenges
