Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in IT operations, management, and systems administration
- Proven track record managing Microsoft O365 and AWS Cloud
- Required experience in the healthcare industry
- Mandatory knowledge of PACS (Care Stream)
- Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure planning, security oversight, and development
- Strong technical proficiency in networks, PC operating systems, network hardware, protocols, and standards
- Extensive background in end-user computing
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as OneLogin and data privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR)
- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and project management capabilities
- Startup experience is a plus
- Strong technical competencies focusing on IT systems management and facility operations
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and capability to work well under pressure
- Experience in creating training programs and materials for IT systems
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Highly analytical mindset with a robust understanding of business operations and technology integration
- Clear communicator, able to present technical information to non-technical audience
- Collaborative team player dedicated to fostering a positive workplace environment

Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations and upkeep of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Perform routine security audits and evaluations to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Offer hands-on assistance for network, hardware, and software challenges.
- Oversee IT projects, including infrastructure enhancements and the incorporation of new systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors for acquisition, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Convey complex technical ideas to non-technical team members in an accessible manner.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection systems to protect our IT environment.
- Administer all IT licenses, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
- Develop and execute a disaster recovery plan to protect data and ensure operational continuity.
- Create and present training materials for employees on IT systems and tools during onboarding and for ongoing education.
- Monitor and evaluate the effective utilization of IT systems across various departments, providing support as necessary.
- Work alongside department heads to pinpoint their IT needs and generate tailored reports to aid their management tasks.
- Proactively address and resolve IT challenges efficiently, prioritizing communication and effectiveness.
- Optimize tracking and reporting operations to alleviate administrative burdens, enabling teams to concentrate on revenue generation.
- Stay updated on departmental objectives and align IT strategies to support these goals.
