Requirements
Must:

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 years of experience in retail, supply chain, business management, merchandising, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in providing data analysis and insights, along with recommendations
- 2 years of experience in understanding business and financial concepts
- 2 years of experience in navigating various systems to gather information and create advanced spreadsheets and presentations
Responsibilities
- Analyze return data from various sources while leveraging industry insights to create and distribute critical reports
- Identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with category partners and external vendors
- Translate complex data analytics into actionable insights for cross-functional partners and leaders
- Engage with multiple departments within the organization, influencing decision-making beyond your immediate team
- Manage organization-wide initiatives to achieve customer-focused objectives
