Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system, including support for end users and system enhancements.
- Proficiency in creating Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards/KPIs, workflows, custom fields, records/forms, and managing roles/permissions.
- Understanding of at least two functional areas, especially including one operations module (Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, or Purchasing) alongside Accounting/Finance or another operations module.
- Experience in data imports and exports, validation, reconciliation, and foundational data governance practices.
- Familiarity with integration support, including data mapping, interface fields, error triage, and testing/validation.
- Skill in producing clear documentation and assisting in testing/UAT, including test cases, defect capture, and release notes, while adhering to change-control practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to clarify business needs into specific requirements and actionable system modifications.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance ERP analysis, documentation, and support workflows.
- Preferred: prior experience with NetSuite ERP, exposure to performance optimization and process automation, familiarity with various ERP platforms, experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments, and skills in enhancing reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, configuration alternatives, and integrations.
- Act as a technical and functional reference for internal teams, delivering timely and professional user support.
- Assist with configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, and making enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Conduct system maintenance, testing, and documentation for updates, workflows, scripts, and SuiteApps.
- Aid in data management tasks such as imports, reporting, dashboards, saved searches, and analytics.
- Team up with departments to assess business processes and propose solutions using NetSuite capabilities.
- Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of new features, customizations, and integrations.
- Help with user training, document creation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to gathering requirements, scoping projects, and process mapping for system initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors or consultants to resolve intricate issues or support enhancement projects.
- Work closely with the ERP Systems Lead on ongoing projects and tasks like execution, testing/support, documentation, and ensuring readiness for releases.
- Keep abreast of new NetSuite releases and evaluate their relevance to our business needs.
