Requirements

Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, or AI infrastructure - Proven track record in developing applications powered by LLMs or autonomous agents - Expertise in designing scalable production-grade AI systems - Strong proficiency in Python programming - In-depth knowledge of LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and vector databases - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Competence in integrating APIs and managing complex backend systems - Familiarity with security platforms like SIEM, EDR, and XDR tools - Understanding of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management - Knowledge of secure system design and compliance protocols - Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel (preferred) - Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK and SOC operations (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of multi-agent AI systems that can autonomously make decisions and execute actions - Architect frameworks for orchestrating agents to plan, reason, and utilize tools - Create systems for agent memory, knowledge retrieval, and reasoning processes - Develop secure workflows for cybersecurity tasks - Transform existing SaaS processes into autonomous, AI-driven systems - Design scalable infrastructure for LLMs and inference workflows - Construct secure integrations for tools enabling agents to communicate with databases and external security systems - Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases for intelligence and knowledge acquisition - Establish monitoring systems to track agent performance and activity - Integrate AI agents with various security tools and frameworks for automated threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management - Ensure compliance with security protocols in AI operations - Set up guardrails, safety measures, and audit trails for autonomous agents - Develop evaluation criteria for the reliability and security of AI systems - Define and guide the AI architecture strategy within the organization - Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams - Mentor AI engineers and contribute to the formation of the AI platform team
