Software Developer - Java & Python

- 6+ years of professional experience developing and scaling modern web applications and distributed systems - Proven history of technical leadership on complex projects or systems - Proficiency in backend development using a contemporary framework such as Django, Rails, or similar - Ability to contribute effectively across the stack, including frontend development (React or equivalent) - Strong skills in systems design and architecture, prioritizing performance, reliability, and maintainability - Extensive knowledge of APIs, data modeling, asynchronous workflows, and service-oriented architecture - Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, acceptable AWS/GCP), infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines - Exceptional communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and technical decision-making Preferred Knowledge: - Experience integrating with insurance platforms, financial systems, or similar large-scale solutions - Familiarity with our technology stack – Azure, Django, React, Celery, Terraform - Experience managing workflows that involve multiple third-party integrations - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools that enhance integration testing.
