Requirements

Must:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 1–2 years of personal or professional IT support experience; experience in Managed Services preferred - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300) - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Responsibilities

- Act as the initial point of contact for technical support inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system - Diagnose and address Tier 1 issues related to desktops, laptops, phones, and basic applications - Provide remote and occasional on-site assistance for internal personnel and external clients (primarily remote work) - Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2 technicians in accordance with established procedures - Keep precise records of issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures - Engage in live phone support and assist customers in real time - Share expertise and assist coworkers when necessary
