Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- At least four (4) years in IT customer support
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a military setting
- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science
- Ability to maintain mental and situational alertness
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Network Engineers on updating STRMM software for all cluster and terminal servers
- Coordinate with CodeMettle on applicable IAVA updates and deploy them to remote systems
- Partner with SMC helpdesk to manage support processes for local and remote STRMM systems
- Oversee and manage all CodeMettle Trouble Tickets from initiation to resolution
- Work closely with AFCENT and CodeMettle Engineers to resolve STRMM-related issues for the AFCENT network
