Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with agile ceremonies and practices
- Proficient in using Jira
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead agile ceremonies including daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring the team has clear objectives and actionable outcomes
- Manage tasks within Jira, including refining the backlog, planning sprints, and tracking team capacity to avoid scope creep
- Ensure user stories and tasks are well-defined and understood by both customers and technical teams, complete with clear acceptance criteria
- Promote a collaborative atmosphere by facilitating regular team meetings and utilizing productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Oversee the scheduling of team meetings with relevant stakeholders, technical teams, or customers as needed
- Stay informed about project details, including dependencies, risks, and overall progress
