Responsibilities
- Review E2 Travel Authorizations and vouchers to ensure compliance and precision
- Provide training on the E2 platform to enhance its effective usage among staff
- Create and sustain Standard Operating Procedures for the GSO section to promote consistency and operational efficiency
- Conduct courier runs for the Executive office when needed, ensuring the secure and timely delivery of documents
- Monitor GSO requests from domestic offices to facilitate timely support
- Assist in onboarding and training new personnel, familiarizing them with GSO processes
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the GSO work portfolio for accurate support across various functions
