Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of four (4) years in IT customer support
- At least two (2) years of experience in a military environment
- Familiarity with STRMM software and IAVA updates
- Ability to manage trouble tickets efficiently
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Network Engineer on STRMM software updates for all cluster and Terminal servers
- Coordinate with CodeMettle to apply IAVA updates and implement them on remote systems
- Supervise the sustainment and support processes for local and remote STRMM systems in conjunction with SMC helpdesk personnel
- Oversee all CodeMettle Trouble Tickets from initiation to resolution
- Work alongside AFCENT and CodeMettle Engineers to resolve STRMM issues related to the AFCENT network
