Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 0-1 years of IT experience

Responsibilities
- Deliver Help Desk support to resolve user issues efficiently
- Respond swiftly to requests received via the IT Help Desk
- Manage ticket priorities in the Service Desk, addressing issues in a first-in, first-out manner
- Adjust configurations and software settings for local workstations
- Utilize and oversee Help Desk tracking software
- Document internal processes comprehensively
- Assist in the onboarding process for new users
- Ensure workstations are equipped with necessary hardware and software
- Install, test, and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Maintain an inventory of equipment, software, and licenses
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Desk
- Oversee the setup and deployment of PCs for new hires
- Assign users and devices to the correct groups in Active Directory
- Conduct timely upgrades for workstation hardware and software as necessary
