Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience in FIAR/FISCAM practices, policy, and analysis.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience of seven years.
- Must possess or be capable of passing a National Agency Check with Inquiries background investigation; US citizenship required.
- Familiarity with MRO IT systems and technologies specific to MRO software, hardware, networks, and cybersecurity design.
- Knowledge and experience advising on laws, regulations, and policies affecting the MRO program.
- Strong grasp of business analysis techniques and processes.
- Proven capabilities in engineering and software architecture design.
- Validated experience as a DevOps Engineer or FIAR/FISCAM analyst.
- Robust knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret complex information; make sound judgments and evaluate alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Utilize subject expertise to assess business operations and workflows.
- Pinpoint areas where technological solutions can enhance business efficiency.
- Provide consulting across business operations, offering mentorship and sharing specialized knowledge.
- Suggest technical solutions and outline software development requirements.
- Offer subject matter expertise and direction to IT developers throughout the software development life cycle.
- Supervise the development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Assess if technical solutions meet established requirements.
- Verify technical reference materials, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
- Ensure accurate representation of expertise before distributing technical solutions to end-users.
- Document processes and share relevant information with all stakeholders.
