Requirements
Must:
- Actively pursuing a 4-year degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Self-motivated with a desire to tackle challenges in a dynamic electronics design environment
- Proficiency in designing and documenting software for customer products and related applications
- Experience assisting with Hardware Design, Mechanical Design, and Printed Circuit Board Design
- Ability to evaluate software code quality per a verification plan
- Capability to create documentation related to software design projects
- Skilled in collaborating with hardware, software, and equipment vendors
- Strong organizational skills to follow project plans and report status to leadership
Responsibilities
- Design software solutions for customer products and corresponding applications
- Support the manufacturing environment by meeting customer and internal requirements
- Assist with development in hardware, mechanical, and circuit board design
- Conduct evaluations of software code quality against established verification criteria
- Generate project documentation related to software design initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software needs
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate updates to management
