- Full stack software development experience with knowledge of PLC systems, HMIs, mechatronics, SCADA systems, Computer Vision, Docker, Linux, Cloud, DevOps, Machine Learning, SQL, Next.js, and MQTT.
- Bonus skills include proficiency in Python, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Understanding of Industrial Cybersecurity, along with experience in Git and development tools like CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine curiosity for problem-solving.
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute to our facility in Hebron, KY.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team at our dynamic startup.
- Develop production UI dashboards and control panels using Next.js and React.
- Interface with industrial PLCs to gather motion and telemetry data.
- Work with time-series and document databases, including InfluxDB and MongoDB for storage and analysis.
- Clearly document technical work for seamless handoffs and team knowledge sharing.
- Engage with both founding and engineering teams in a fast-moving hardware-software context.
