Requirements
Must:
- We seek candidates with proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar position.
- Candidates should have a solid background in data visualization and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- An excellent ability to gather requirements and transform business challenges into analytical solutions is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are necessary.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation is required.
Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to gather, define, and document business requirements.
- Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends, discover root causes, and uncover opportunities. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for business audiences.
- You will design, build, and maintain self-service dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor KPIs and assess business performance.
- Mapping current and future-state business processes is a key part of your job, allowing you to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization.
- As a trusted advisor to business partners, you will communicate your findings effectively, facilitate discussions, and ensure that solutions align with business needs.
- Writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our databases and data warehouses will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Additionally, you will support strategic planning and prioritization by providing data-driven insights on market trends, customer behavior, and overall business performance.
Description
We offer both full-time and part-time positions with a salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 per year. The expected working hours will be between 20 and 45 hours per week.
