Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft 365 within an enterprise setting
- More than 5 years of hands-on expertise in administration and development of:
- SharePoint Online
- Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Microsoft Teams
- Experience in developing and deploying Copilot Applications
- At least 5 years of direct experience in leading or managing IT projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365 security and permissions
- Data sources, particularly Dataverse
- Proven track record of delivering solutions using established project methodologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Capacity to convey technical ideas in an understandable manner
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior Technical Lead for Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and Power Platform solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain:
- SharePoint Online sites and their information architecture
- Canvas and model-driven Power Apps
- Power Automate workflows
- Microsoft Teams integrations
- Create custom Copilot Agents
- Lead and manage projects related to Microsoft 365, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Planning timelines and milestones
- Managing risks and issues
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Convert business needs into secure and scalable Microsoft 365 solutions
- Set and uphold governance, standards, and best practices
- Manage permissions, data access, and compliance needs
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business sectors
- Diagnose complex technical problems and conduct root cause analysis
- Provide technical advice and mentorship to junior staff
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation
- Assist in platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and user engagement activities
