Requirements
Must:
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a similar field
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Comprehensive knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Capability to work autonomously while collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with DAX formulas and Power Query (preferred)
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases (preferred)
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts (preferred)
- Previous exposure to healthcare, behavioral health, or service-based operations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as a vital member of the Business Intelligence team, providing support to operational teams and leadership through accurate reporting
- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards to align with the BI development roadmap
- Deliver timely ad hoc reports to address changing business needs
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources
- Create clear and impactful visualizations that aid in sound decision-making
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure the integrity of reports
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights
- Respond to reporting requests in a professional and straightforward manner as the organization continues to evolve
