Requirements
Must:
- 3-5+ years of experience in quotations, application engineering, or technical sales
- Background in switchgear, substations, E-Houses, industrial power systems, or related fields
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and system layouts
- Experience in developing product specifications and project-based quotes
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the quotation process from initial request to final submission
- Convert customer needs into technical solutions and specifications
- Create precise, competitive proposals for electrical and industrial systems
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production for customer-ready solutions
- Oversee orders through production and provide timely updates to customers
- Resolve technical and process-related issues with minimal oversight
- Foster robust customer relationships through attentive, consultative support
- Clearly present technical information to both internal and external stakeholders
Description
