Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in group homes, day programs, or as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Competence in using various software applications.
- Professional demeanor and capability to multi-task.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to assigned facilities and attend various meetings as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled in-person visits to assigned group homes and day programs.
- Perform unannounced evening home visits as per assigned schedule.
- Accurately evaluate and document the performance of designated homes and programs.
- Support staff in group homes and day programs with addressing risks and improving performance.
- Carry out thorough audits on all assigned facilities.
- Assist in incident management, which includes closing incidents and monitoring improvements in quality.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Department leadership to rectify any performance deviations beyond acceptable standards.
