Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of practical experience in developing dashboards and reports using Fabric / Power BI
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
- Strong expertise in DAX and Power BI data modeling techniques
- Experience in conducting data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation processes
- Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders on KPI definition and governance
Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to all organizational and regulatory policies and procedures
- Design, create, and oversee Power BI dashboards and reports for executive, operational, and departmental functions
- Generate KPI-driven visualizations that effectively convey performance metrics, trends, and anomalies
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, cohesive, and comply with company standards
- Enhance reports and datasets for optimal performance, reliability, and usability
- Collaborate with data engineers to review and sustain Power BI semantic (Tabular) models
- Develop and refine DAX measures that support enterprise-wide KPIs
- Execute data validation and quality assurance to confirm data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Reconcile data among various source systems and investigate any discrepancies
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access controls for data protection
- Provide reporting and analytics for areas including Applicant Tracking, CRM, HRIS, EHR, eMAR, Performance Management, and Facility Management
