- Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies at all times. - Set positive examples for individuals in our care consistently. - Assist the Care Team Manager in managing home operations to achieve company objectives. - Follow individual-centered plans and behavior plans tailored for each person. - Provide opportunities for individuals to meet their daily goals, such as encouraging participation in activities. - Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that respects the rights of all individuals. - Protect individuals from abuse and neglect, promptly reporting any incidents. - Safeguard the confidentiality of all individuals served. - Adhere to all house guidelines and maintain cleanliness according to the assignment chart. - Prepare meals according to dietary specifications and document accordingly. - Oversee food supply management and storage. - Transport individuals to appointments and facilitate necessary documentation. - Assist individuals in budgeting as needed using their personal funds. - Complete all required documentation by the end of each shift, including logs and reports. - Supervise individuals during laundry as per assignment instructions. - Promote a clean living environment according to assigned responsibilities. - Maintain continuous awareness while on duty, especially in homes needing 24/7 care. - Administer medications as required. - Convey critical information to incoming staff during shift changes. - Collaborate with relevant agencies during inspections or assessments. - Accept additional duties as assigned.
