Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC development
- Proficient in C#, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming
- Practical experience with Azure AI Services
- Background in integrating and utilizing Ollama models for local or hybrid inference
- Familiarity with Semantic Kernel or AutoGen frameworks
- Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, semantic search, and agent-based AI
- Experience with Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps CI/CD
- Criminal background check required
- Ability to commit to full-time hours during standard business hours (MonβFri, 8:00 AM β 4:30 PM CST)
- Adherence to Judicial Branch standards and procedures
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC
- Create AI-driven applications, including virtual assistants and internal tools for operations
- Integrate Azure AI Services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Cognitive Services
- Develop multi-agent workflows utilizing Semantic Kernel or AutoGen
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Incorporate vector databases and semantic search techniques for contextual AI interactions
- Build APIs to link enterprise systems with both cloud and on-premises AI models
- Enhance model performance while managing latency and costs across various environments
- Collaborate effectively with AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams
- Provide weekly updates and deliverables based on sprint cycles
