Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or relevant experience in a technical helpdesk or support environment
- Recent graduates from IT programs are encouraged to apply
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Passionate about technology and staying current with industry trends
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support through remote assistance and on-site visits, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity challenges
- Resolve escalated issues efficiently by applying analytical thinking and technical knowledge
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot various hardware and software systems remotely and on-site
- Maintain up-to-date and precise documentation of support activities in our tracking system
- Clearly explain technical concepts and updates to clients, colleagues, and management
- Manage hardware maintenance tasks, including warranty replacements and PC setups
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up equipment and restoring data
