Requirements
Must:
- Experience with integrating manufacturing systems and ERP platforms
- Proficient in SQL/MySQL database management and SQL programming
- Background in full-stack web development
- Advanced skills in Excel macros
- Knowledgeable in Windows server environments and scripting
- Security-focused mindset in system design and problem solving
- Preferred experience with Plex ERP and integrating Niagara Workbench, Mach II, PLCs, or industrial controls
- Familiar with IT/OT manufacturing settings
- Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise business intelligence tools
- Exposure to AI tools, strategies, or governance
- Experience with Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Darktrace, Veeam, PDQ, or Qualys

Responsibilities
- Design, support, and enhance integrations between Plex ERP and manufacturing systems
- Act as the technical lead for ERP integration across operations
- Collaborate with operations and vendors to optimize data flows between ERP and manufacturing systems
- Enable integration of production data for analytics, automation, and business intelligence
- Maintain and develop SQL/MySQL databases, procedures, and queries
- Write SQL programming for reporting and system integration
- Create and support full-stack web applications
- Develop and manage advanced Excel macros
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell scripting
- Apply a security-first approach in all systems and integration efforts
- Assist with security event investigation and response
- Support VPN, MFA, and firewall configuration efforts
- Provide advanced administration for Microsoft 365, including SSO integrations
- Support VLANs and other network infrastructure efforts
- Mentor and assist the IT team with troubleshooting and knowledge sharing
- Document systems, integrations, and best practices to align with business objectives
