Enterprise Architect - App Security & Cloud Platform

- Define the enterprise strategy for application security and cloud platform security - Develop and govern secure design principles, reusable security patterns, and reference architectures - Collaborate with Security to align enterprise architecture with risk, compliance, and threat intelligence - Lead architecture review boards to assess system designs for compliance with enterprise guidelines - Provide architectural oversight for major programs, transformation projects, and cloud modernization - Architect secure application patterns across microservices, APIs, serverless workloads, and legacy platforms - Establish enterprise-wide secure coding standards and application-layer guardrails - Evaluate and select application security platforms such as SAST, DAST, SCA, RASP, and API security tools - Oversee security integration into CI/CD pipelines to enhance enterprise DevSecOps maturity - Guide development teams on secure design, vulnerability management, and the adoption of shift-left practices - Architect secure patterns for identity management, workload isolation, and data protection - Develop and implement security architecture for container platforms, serverless applications, and cloud-native services - Define enterprise controls utilizing CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, zero trust, and identity-first security approaches - Partner with Cloud Engineering to establish platform guardrails and automate compliance - Set enterprise standards for multi-cloud security configurations, logging, and monitoring - Determine the strategic direction for securing legacy systems like WebSphere Commerce Suite - Create compensating controls and integration security patterns for modernization efforts - Maintain policies, standards, and architecture principles governing secure application and cloud design - Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments at an enterprise level across platforms - Act as the primary architecture liaison with audit, risk, and compliance stakeholders - Evaluate emerging technologies and guide long-term investment strategies - Mentor solution architects and developers on secure architecture practices across ETS pillars
