Requirements

Must:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary - 1-3 years of experience in client device support - Technical accreditation in a relevant field (preferred) - Experience in information technology customer service (preferred) - Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred) - Experience with Epic or other EMR systems (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software - Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences - Analytical ability to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues - Professionalism in handling confidential information - Dependability in meeting deadlines and commitments - Flexibility to adapt to changing job roles - Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities

- Acquire a foundational understanding of the supported applications to efficiently address Service Center issues and requests - Aid in the installation and relocation of computer equipment and software upon departmental requests - Foster a positive relationship with department personnel and external agencies - Verify the accuracy of data input/output and rectify discrepancies as needed - Initiate investigations regarding data errors or material shortages, informing the appropriate personnel - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of department facilities and equipment - Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for company computer systems - Assist Mission Partners in resolving fundamental computer issues in person, over the phone, or remotely - Support the use of computer hardware, software, and printing systems - Troubleshoot service requests and incidents with business applications and office productivity tools - Collaborate on implementation projects and relocations under the supervision of higher-level technicians - Maintain simple inventory control and asset management
