Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical, client-facing role, with experience in troubleshooting computer and network systems
- Skilled in modern office communication, including phone and ticketing systems
- Helpdesk or IT certifications are a plus
- Experience in retail operations is advantageous
- Strong communication and writing abilities
- Highly resourceful with a keen eye for detail
Responsibilities
- Handle calls and support tickets for retail staff and internal BaseCamp employees
- Familiarize yourself with the hardware, networks, software, and processes used at franchise locations, troubleshooting and providing solutions as needed
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in both verbal and written formats
- Document solutions for new and existing issues, sharing insights with team members
- Participate in an emergency on-call rotation, responding to urgent matters after hours
