Requirements

- Proficient in using computers, service ticketing systems, and diverse communication platforms (email, phone, video conferencing).
- Strong collaborative skills to work closely with field technicians and internal teams, ensuring service excellence.
- Innate curiosity and eagerness to learn, continuously seeking self-improvement opportunities.
- Proactive attitude in taking initiative to address problems without direct supervision, showcasing resourcefulness with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Remotely troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to low-voltage security systems, such as alarm systems, CCTV, and access control.
- Dispatch field technicians as necessary to resolve more complex on-site challenges, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Handle incoming service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system, logging and prioritizing each issue appropriately.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service concerns.
- Deliver detailed debriefs to stakeholders once service requests are resolved, outlining next steps or preventive measures.
- Manage all incoming service-related calls, providing high-quality customer service and effective issue resolution.
- Keep accurate and current records of all service-related activities in the companys database.
