Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of software development experience, preferably full-stack
- Comprehensive expertise in back-end development with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience working with GraphQL
- Required experience in React and React Native
- Strong skills in UI/UX design and prototyping
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills across functions
- Ability to engage effectively with AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in a workplace setting
- Capability to review, audit, and refine AI-generated code for scalability
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal tools, including a custom CRM solution
- Assist in the creation and launch of a lead-generation product
- Convert designs into functional front-end components
- Adhere to established architectural frameworks
- Team up with cross-functional groups to synchronize product and technical objectives
- Help in putting in place structure, systems, and best practices for the development team
- Operate within an agile workflow to efficiently deliver features
