Requirements
Must:
- Masters Degree with 12 years of experience, or a bachelors degree with an additional 5 years of relevant experience (total of 17 years) instead of a masters degree.
- At least 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with some portion of the experience occurring within the last 2 years.
- Extensive knowledge in data analytics, data engineering, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Proficient in major data science programming languages, such as R and Python.
- Experience with large datasets, Multi-INT analytics, machine learning (ML), and automated predictive analytics.
- Skilled in creating data visualization tools using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and similar applications.
- Minimum of TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph certification.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis using scientific techniques to improve decision-making.
- Proactively gather information from various datasets, analyze it for better insights, and develop AI tools to automate processes.
- Create and implement machine learning-based tools or features, such as recommendation engines and automated lead scoring systems.
- Conduct statistical analysis and employ data mining techniques to construct high-quality predictive systems.
- Manage and integrate diverse data sources, preferably utilizing R, Python, or SQL for statistical analysis and algorithm development.
- Provide senior-level enterprise support across various databases and applications in defense-related analytics.
