Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
- Strong familiarity with Linux systems
- Practical experience with AWS cloud services
- Proficient in OpenShift platforms
- Skilled in scripting languages (e.g., Bash) and Python
- Advanced knowledge of GitLab for version control and collaboration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capable of responding to monitoring tools, identifying issues, and resolving problems
- Active Secret clearance, with eligibility to apply for TS/SCI
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab CI
- Develop and sustain Docker images for microservices
- Administer and resolve issues in Linux operating systems
- Implement and oversee AWS cloud services and OpenShift environments
- Create and maintain automation scripts in Python and other scripting languages
- Monitor system performance and react to alerts from monitoring tools
- Diagnose and address complex technical problems across cloud and containerized environments
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and address vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance deployment processes
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for reference
