Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications: - A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree. - At least one year of customer service experience. - A minimum of one year of experience in the healthcare sector, focusing on appointment scheduling. - Preferably, one year of direct experience in a project management role. - Extensive knowledge of Epic EMR, particularly Cadence scheduling modules, including decision trees and CRM. - Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

As an Integration Analyst, I will be responsible for: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining system-integrated scheduling pathways for both physician and hospital-based appointments. - Acting as the subject-matter expert on scheduling workflow to continuously enhance centralized access services using various technologies such as Epic advanced decision tree logic, Epic CRM applications, and clinical message routing. - Collaborating with key clinical stakeholders to pinpoint and alleviate scheduling barriers proactively while designing and implementing effective solutions. - Overseeing patient access to changes related to Epic with IT teams, ensuring structured timelines and support for go-live or change management for scheduling contact centers. - Serving as the liaison among business units, IT, and front-end users by organizing business requirement sessions and developing operational workflows for various projects.

Description


I will facilitate training material creation, user training, and general support for any changes in the access contact center processes. My essential functions will include providing service excellence using people, processes, and technology in project management throughout the Patient Access project life cycle. I will work on planning and executing the documentation of patient access Epic workflows and aligning them with the enterprises strategic goals. Engaging with RWJBH stakeholders, I will gather business requirements to create a patient-centric scheduling model that incorporates Epic and other systems. I will also conduct post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement, manage project expectations, and effectively communicate progress reports to stakeholders. Additionally, I will be involved in the go-live deployment of patient access programs and work with the training team to develop training plans for end-users, ensuring alignment with organizational throughput goals. My role may also include adapting to other duties as needed, as this job description is subject to change.
