Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Windows printers and computer systems
- Proven hands-on expertise in developing technical solutions across multiple applications to meet business and production needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in collaborative environments with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Windows system administration
- Experience managing cloud-based solutions using VMware, AWS, GCP, and/or Kubernetes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of technical architecture, application systems design, and integration within a large enterprise setting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in problem resolution, maintenance, and project development for a large-scale Distributed Infrastructure
- Install, maintain, and configure Windows systems infrastructure on both on-premise and cloud platforms
- Formulate solutions for process improvements within the systems environment
- Collaborate with peers to establish a strategic direction for the technical environment
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions as needed
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
