Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar positions. Qualified individuals will have hands-on experience with both Windows and Mac OS environments. A solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various technology products is essential. Candidates should also have the ability to diagnose and resolve fundamental technical issues, familiarity with remote desktop applications, and experience with help desk software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial, along with the capability to provide clear technical assistance both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will achieve optimal network availability through the effective design, installation, and maintenance of communication equipment throughout our organization. You will apply systems analysis techniques and procedures to design and implement complex network solutions while assisting in the development of project plans. Your responsibilities will include providing network analysis and technical services for both internal and external clients, leading large project initiatives, and assisting in project budget preparations. You will recommend, specify, and implement technology solutions, participate as a team member in project implementations, and compile and analyze statistical data for capacity planning and problem avoidance. Additionally, designing LAN/WAN infrastructures based on intricate and secure network standards will be part of your duties. You will also provide advanced network management functions and analytical support to address network-specific issues, along with mentoring junior Network Engineers.
