Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in medium-sized, fast-paced corporate environments
- Self-driven with the capacity to grasp new concepts and job responsibilities
- Established project leadership abilities for small to medium-scale projects
- Basic skills in budget forecasting and the ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget
- Fundamental vendor management and risk mitigation skills
- Basic knowledge of system vulnerability management
- Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal development
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Apply analytical methods for planning, designing, and implementing technology systems and solutions to meet business needs
- Define, design, and deploy strategic technology business solutions while leading multiple small to mid-sized implementations and initiatives
- Modify systems, including testing, debugging, and installing supporting application systems
- Develop actionable approaches to enhance implementation through optimized operational workflows and processes
- Collaborate with operations to transform business ideas into clear, measurable requirements
- Work alongside other Business Systems Analysts to identify, research, and evaluate enterprise applications and technologies, supporting strategic Technology and Digital initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and optimize existing systems, addressing reported issues as needed
- Utilize knowledge of relational databases and web/client-server concepts to achieve goals
