Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience including relevant internships focused on technology and project management.
- Experience with ServiceNow; certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies is beneficial.
- Background in medium-sized, fast-paced corporate environments.
- Self-starter with the ability to grasp new concepts and job requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities on small-scale projects.
- Basic skills in budget forecasting, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Fundamental experience in vendor management and risk mitigation.
- Basic competencies in system vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Apply analytical processes in planning, designing, and implementing technology systems and solutions that fulfill business requirements of customer organizations.
- Define, design, and implement strategic technological business solutions, managing small-scale projects.
- Create measurable and actionable strategies to expedite implementation by optimizing existing workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with operations to convert business concepts into specific requirements with tangible results.
- Work alongside other Business Systems Analysts to identify, investigate, and assess enterprise applications and technologies to further Technology and Digital initiatives within the organization.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and enhance current implementations while troubleshooting reported issues.
