We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Applicants should have a solid grasp of ServiceNow, basic project management skills, and a thorough understanding of developing IT and cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of current best practices in system security measures, software engineering, and design architecture is essential. Experience with business analysis techniques, computer hardware and software, and holistic enterprise architecture is required. Applicants should also have a strong background in application and solution development, focusing on cloud solutions. A good understanding of agile principles and development methodologies, including DevSecOps practices, is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with various technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments, as well as experience with API management platforms, will be beneficial.

Responsibilities
In this position, you will leverage your knowledge of ServiceNow to assist with architecture and design as well as deliver estimations for technology projects. You will coordinate with architects and designers across various disciplines to recommend the most cost-efficient and effective designs. Your role will involve planning, communication, and driving improvements in architecture, engineering, and infrastructure. You will analyze existing technologies within our organization and propose enhancements. Documenting and monitoring the requirements for proposed updates will also be essential. You will collaborate closely with Tech and Digital teams to ensure the necessary hardware is available and functioning correctly. Moreover, you will develop frameworks for departmental contributions and account for potential project challenges, including risks, time constraints, resources, and scope. Working with project and product management teams will be crucial to successfully monitor initiative progress and provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions. You will define clear project goals and manage their execution.
