Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Basic proficiency in Networking, VoIP/SIP, and SMS/MMS applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Competent in both independent and collaborative work with attention to detail
- Network+, CCNA or similar certifications (bonus)
- Experience with PSTN, PBX, HTTP Messaging, or Enterprise Telephony (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to networking, VoIP, HTTP messaging, 911, or Toll-Free services
- Respond to customer queries via our ticketing system, phone, or email promptly and professionally
- Analyze call flows, packet captures, and system logs to detect issues
- Engage with customers, vendors, carriers, or internal teams to gather information and troubleshoot problems
- Reproduce customer issues to confirm the validity of the problem and its resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements, Customer Satisfaction metrics, and other business goals
- Collaborate with various teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements for existing products or processes
- Stay current with technological advancements and new products
